By accessing or using Gomerit ALS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Gomerit ALS is an adaptive learning platform provided for CBSE Class 9 and Class 10 students, teachers, and school administrators. Access to the Platform is granted based on your assigned role (Student, Teacher, School Admin, Sub Admin, or Super Admin).
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.
All content, assessments, and question bank material are the property of Gomerit ALS and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.
Gomerit ALS collects and stores user information including name, email address, school details, and academic performance data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the learning experience.
Student performance data (assessment scores, mastery levels, remedial records) is visible only to the student, their assigned teachers, and authorised school administrators. Data is isolated by school and role-based access controls.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be used to improve the Platform.
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the administrator.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Subscription and payment terms for Gomerit ALS are determined at the time of school onboarding. Please refer to your school's agreement for specific billing details.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the administrator. Access to the Platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms agreed at the time of subscription. Refunds for partial billing periods are at the discretion of the management.
Users agree to use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes. Any attempt to misuse assessments, manipulate scores, or access another user's data is strictly prohibited.
Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access to the Platform's backend, question bank, or APIs is not permitted.
Users must not upload or share content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension of access and further legal action where applicable.
